Tributes to Alan Ribchester, a friend and supporter of Cheesy Waffles

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of a true friend and supporter of the Cheesy Waffles Charity. Alan Ribchester supported us through his three roles with the Rotary Club of Durham, Durham Shakespeare Trust and The Freemen of Durham City. He often called in to visit our members and see how they were doing and funded many fantastic projects over the years. We give thanks and gratitude to Alan for his support, advice and friendship over the last 20 plus years and before that with Mid Durham Projects Club.
