Our provision

Monday to Thursday in term time

Our day provision is delivered over 4 days at venues in Belmont, Gilesgate and Sherburn. We have two groups on each day - the Sapphires (adults aged 16 to 24 years) and the Ruby's  (ages 25+)

We have a dedicated staff team who are qualified to deliver a diverse range of activities and accreditation opportunities. Programme activities are planned each term around areas of group interest and to meet individual needs.

Community Cafe

We hold a Community Cafe monthly at Belmont Community Centre, which offers a warm welcome for everyone to attend. Our members work at different stations selling drinks, homemade produce, and fresh food, as well as different enterprise stalls. Members also help serve food, set up the cafe, clean up and make some of the things we sell.

Life Skills

Members can develop practical life skills that support greater independence and confidence in everyday life. Through hands-on activities like working in the garden, shopping and managing money and using public transport, members learn skills directly applicable to daily life.

Access to our Skills House also allows members to practice household tasks. Activities like cooking, cleaning, and maintaining shared spaces encourage responsibility and teamwork, while also building confidence and self-reliance in a supportive environment.

Allotment & Garden

Singing Saints

Members come together to practice songs, build confidence and have lots of fun singing as a group. Every so often, the group performs for the local community at a local church, giving members the chance to share what they’ve been working on and enjoy the buzz of performing.

Community Skills

Members can get involved in the local community and make a positive difference. From visiting care homes and handing out gifts to helping with fundraising and local events, members build confidence while connecting with and supporting others around them.

Football Skills
& Wellbeing

Our Football Skills afternoon encourages members to learn the basics of football and playing as a team while having fun and staying active. Through guided drills and friendly matches, members practice teamwork, communication skills and sportsmanship while building confidence on the pitch.

We also promote various other health & wellbeing activities.
