Our Young ladies from Fun Fit Group enjoyed an evening at the Metro on Friday to celebrate completing their ASDAN Health & Fitness Course. They all signed off their course work which has included different elements including Planning and making healthy meals, understanding the rules of different sports, taking part in sports, warm ups and cool downs etc. and producing a profile of evidence. Well Done everyone lots of hard work from you all.
